Nurture Chiropractic Company Payment Options
Cost
The first visit price is $125 - this includes history, exam, and scans of your spine and nervous system.
Follow up appointments are $50.
These prices may differ depending on your in-network insurance benefits. See below for the insurances we contract with. Please give our office a call to inquire about pediatric and family discounts.
Insurance
Dr. Jasmine Thompson is in-network with BlueCross BlueShield and Ambetter. Nurture Chiropractic Co. will bill these insurances on your behalf. We are not currently accepting new Medicare patients. If you have a carrier other than these stated that contributes to chiropractic care please inform us. In most cases, we can give you a superbill to turn in to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
